Girvan Railway Station
Girvan Railway Station
A railway station was built on this site in Girvan in 1877 when the line was extended southwards to Stranraer. The original buildings were replaced in 1947 in a 1930s Art Deco style. Although the exterior could do with a lick of paint, the station staff always keep this building in immaculate order.
