The Greensand Way approaching Ightham Mote
The Greensand Way is a long distance walk of 108 miles from Haslemere in Surrey to Ham Street in Kent on the edge of Romney Marsh.

The section from Knole Park along the slopes of the Greensand Hills provide superb views across the Weald when there are gaps in the trees. Here the route descends just before reaching Ightham Mote. Beyond Ightham Mote, the Greensand Way heads to Shipbourne Church.
