The chapel dates from the late 18th century and replaced a much earlier Norman chapel in Lower Brockhampton near the medieval manor house there SO6856 : Norman chapel, Lower Brockhampton, Herefordshire The chapel is one of the earliest Gothic-revival designs in the county.
