Animal Lifeline, Serendipity Kennels
Animal Lifeline, Serendipity Kennels
Located in Leek Road, Cellarhead. Built in 2001 following a significant bequest to the charity from Douglas Hodges. Its purpose is to save abandoned and unwanted dogs and puppies and find them new homes and loving owners. The kennels – which house up to 100 dogs – are adjacent to the live-in manager’s house and open out into large fenced paddocks.
