Field crops divided by a drainage channel
This was the last photograph I took at the end of a long day. I went out specifically to 'shoot' photographs for Geograph, which is something I haven't done before. I reckon this was the best photo of the lot. I quite enjoyed the trip out, but I did a bit of sneezing when I got here.
Since I took this picture a thought occurred to me that the term 'Yellowbelly', which is a Lincolnshire term, could be attributed to people walking through these flowers and getting the 'dye' on their clothes. Well that's my theory anyway, but I suspect I'm miles away from the true meaning.
