St Materiana's Church - Tintagel, Cornwall
St Materiana's Church has stood on this clifftop site since the late 11th/early 12th century and was restored by Piers St Aubyn in 1870. It was Grade I listed on 17th December 1962. Here are features such as a Roman milestone and in the churchyard the grave of Catanese Domenico (the surname first), the cabin boy drowned in the wreck of the Iota on 20th December 1893 - all other crew members were rescued.
