The rough path to the left takes you into the heart of the glen and thence to the beach, the easier route on the right skirts along the upper southern part of the valley and also ends up on the beach, thus enabling a varied circular
walk of about 2 1/2 miles.
Try and spot the wild goats as you approach the coast.
