Not Chartist Cave

This partly rock-walled shakehole in the Twrch Sandstone (aka Basal Grit/Millstone Grit) is 100m west of Chartist Cave and is sometimes mistaken for it on the map and on aerial photography. There are some bedding plane passages which head off from the floor of the shakehole.
