SD9322 : Evidence of subsidence

taken 13 years ago, near to Walsden, Calderdale, Great Britain

Evidence of subsidence
Evidence of subsidence
These victorian houses on Rochdale Road at Walsden have clearly suffered from serious subsidence, and are a long way from vertical. However the two houses on the end, built later are perfectly vertical. The brooding and smoke blackened building at the end is Trinity Methodist Church.
