Tyn-y-mynydd, Mountain Street, Rachub
Tyn y mynydd simply means 'smallholding in the mountain'. This cottage, which has been renovated and enlarged in recent years, bears a plaque celebrating the Welsh artist and writer, Brenda Chamberlain (1912-1971). Brenda Chamberlain is best remembered for her paintings of Bardsey Island fishermen. She lived on Bardsey SH1121 for some years.
