NZ0749 : Wharnley Burn farmhouse

Wharnley Burn farmhouse
Wharnley Burn farmhouse
This farmstead dates back to the C14. I don't know how old the farmhouse is, although it looks a considerable age. This was once the home of the Raw family, a notorious gang of border reivers. Thomas Raw, the last one, died here in 1714.
