taken 13 years ago, near to Baddesley Clinton, Warwickshire, Great Britain

Lane end near Nunley Wood
Lane end near Nunley Wood
The tarmac lane ceases at this point and becomes an unmetalled track across the fields. The empty ground to the right shows signs of foundations. An old OS 1:10,000 map shows a building called Nunley Barn. This spot would have been just off the end of the runway of the adjacent airfield, now used as a vehicle proving ground.
