Ardgowan Fishery on the right, Cornalees Bridge Centre (now known as Grenock Cut Centre) on the left. The loch is Compensation Reservoir which was used to maintain a constant water level on the Greenock Cut NS2472 : Greenock Cut at Shielhill Farm. The hill behind is Dunrod Hill.
