Built c 1874, around the same time as NZ2464 : Victoria Buildings, 42-50 Grainger Street, NE1 (2), it's in the much lighter and simpler Jacobean style. The tall sash windows are flanked by delicate stone pilasters, and the original shop front surrounds have been restored. The building is Grade II listed Link .
