Upper Cwm Claisfer
Upper Cwm Claisfer
A broken line of Carboniferous Limestone crags marks the transition between valley and plateau along the south-eastern edge of Cwm Claisfer. Scattered hawthorns dot the sheep pasture though the Forestry Commission plantations below have changed the character of the valley.
