Lydstep Palace, also known as the Old Palace and the Bishop's Palace, is a Grade 1 listed late medieval masonry first floor hall house in the "Pembrokeshire Tradition". Not a lot is known about its use but it is thought it may have had some jurisdictional function. The building has a vaulted undercroft. More information can be obtained from the website of Dyfed Archaeological Trust, who undertook a full survey in the 1990's, and who undertook the clearance of the debris present on the upper floor.
