Confusing status of tracks on West Harling Heath. This track is now given any right of way status on 1:50K or 1:25K maps, but is marked on the ground as a bridleway. The north-south track I am standing on is marked as a footpath at 1:50K and byway at 1:25K. It does get vehicles, and there are barriers like this on all the side tracks to prevent further exploration except on foot (4 or 2).
