Memorial to 'John Harvey Esquire of Ickwell Bury in the County of Bedfordshire died suddenly on this spot the 20th day June 1819'.
The Harvey family occupied Ickwell Bury Link

in the parish of Northhill and Mr John Harvey was a deputy-lieutenant for Bedfordshire, and served as its high-sheriff in 1795. Genealogy Link

No idea so far as to why he died so far from home.
