A Friesian dairy cow, very curious animals which makes them good to photograph. You can just see the collar on this one which holds a small box which will identify the cow when she goes in for milking and the computer will give her the amount of feed she needs according to the amount of milk she is producing. A long way from the days of a stool and a bucket.
