A gateway from the recreation field to the south of the church into the churchyard, carries the dates "1304 - 2004" - this probably indicates the date of the earliest parts of this church - which I would hazard do not include most of what you see in this picture. The tower in particular looks Victorian to me.
What I think is the oldest part of the church can be seen here ST6979 : St James & churchyard.
