Part of the Poundbury North East Quadrant development "Royal Pavilion" under construction. 20 Luxury apartments, a spa and shop. The rather pretentious looking arch is part of the base of the tower of the Pavilion, which will be the highest building in Poundbury, and as it's on the hill, will in my opinion inappropriately overshadow the old county town.See SY6790 : Royal Pavilion, Poundbury for earlier view.
