The Pantiles
The Pantiles
This is the 18th century street, The Pantiles, that Beau Brummel walked down. Garrick and other famous people of the time came to Tunbridge Wells for the spring waters. You can still taste the waters today. The spring was discovered in 1606 by Dudley, Lord North.
