This view from a footbridge between Swanscombe and Northfleet looks towards the tunnel under the Thames at Swanscombe. The bridge just ahead carries the North Kent Line between Swanscombe and Northfleet over HS1. A Southeastern train can be seen crossing it. Javelins between St Pancras International and Faversham join the much slower North Kent Line though Gravesend after stopping at the northern (separate) part of Ebbsfleet International.
