Looking west in the graveyard of Bethel Chapel. Joseph Hobson Jagger was a local engineer who devised a system for winning roulette in Monte Carlo. He left 20 to the chapel for upkeep of the grave, including repainting of the railings. They have been painted twice and both painters died shortly afterwards.
