NO7992 : A loser, Durris Forest

taken 11 years ago, 3 km from Darnford, Aberdeenshire, Great Britain

A loser, Durris Forest
A loser, Durris Forest
The collapsed remains of a sitka spruce tree that lost the battle for light in the crowded Durris Forest. As usual, the camera was stretched to get this image - a dark day in a dark forest.
Taken about 30m in from the forest road running up the gridline.
