Not long ago we had fields of yellow rape - now it's the blue starflower.
Borage, (probably more well-known these days as starflower) is essentially a garden flower which farmers are producing on a field scale due to retail demand. Borage is one of the main arable source of gamma-linoleic acid (GLA)used in the health food industry.
