"John Mackie Seat", Grizedale Forest
A carved bench constructed by Nigel Ross in 1995 during his residency at Grizedale Forest. Unfortunately this seat is no longer in one piece. Nigel Ross has created several seats in the forest, working with fallen trees and creates his structures primarily with a chain saw.
