Crafted by Kerry Morrison in 1998 from oak, the installation originally consisted of 36 giant Fern spores scattered upwards from the Ridding Wood Trail. This photo was taken in 2003.
Officially removed from the Grizedale sculpture project in 2012, one spore was still remaining in 2014. See LinkExternal link
