6A Tram at Bowring Park Terminus
One of the last 6A trams, number 245, at Bowring Park terminus on the last day. This tram still exists, having been preserved by the National Museums, Liverpool. After 6 years of renovation by the skilled volunteers from Merseyside Tramway Preservation Society it runs on the Birkenhead Heritage Tramway, which links Wirral Transport Museum to Woodside Ferry Terminal.
