SN1835 : Gorsfraith

taken 11 years ago, near to Blaenffos, Pembrokeshire/Sir Benfro, Great Britain

Some farmyards make no concessions to appearance and function simply as messy workplaces but in this case care and attention has supplied it with flowers, shrubs, a smooth lawn with model cow and a US mailbox adorned with a ranch-scene that echoes this one.
Gorsfraith means something like 'speckled swamp'; due south the village of Crymych can be seen in the distance.
