Woollen mill complex of probably pre-1770 foundation. The large block is a c1860 steam powered mill, 5 storeys and 15 bays. There is a detached chimney. I believe I've got this identified correctly. I would welcome corroboration.
SE1015 : Golcar Aqueduct, Huddersfield Canal There is a very nice "horseshoe" shaped weir on the River Colne adjacent to the aqueduct. The local kids play in it when it's hot. I don't have a photo but i'm sure somebody will oblige. (Unless it's collapsed).
