Devon Colliery, New Sauchie
Devon Colliery, New Sauchie
Cornish beam pumping engine house with the beam of an 1854 engine built by Neilson of Glasgow. Engine stopped 1932 and colliery closed 1960. I understand the house is now an office or something similar.
