NS3582 : Path junction on Darleith Muir

taken 8 years ago, 3 km from Dumfin, Argyll And Bute, Scotland

Comparison with a similar view from almost two years earlier (NS3582 : Path junction on Darleith Muir) shows that clearing of trees has extended to this junction, and beyond, to the foot of the wooded Killoeter ridge, which is visible in the background.

As in the earlier picture, there is a signpost at this junction. The left turning leads to Cardross. The path leading up to the junction, and the right turning from there, are part of both the Three Lochs Way and the John Muir Way, whose courses coincide in this area.
