Hartpury Mill
Hartpury Mill
The present building dates from the 18th and early 19th centuries, however, it is believed the mill may date back to the 12th century. The mill was powered by the River Leadon and ceased operating during the Second World War. Recently in 1982 the wheel was restored. I photographed this watermill again in 2011 after the willows had been pollarded SO7723 : Hartpury Mill
