Flags of Cornwall and the Celtic Nations
Flags of Cornwall and the Celtic Nations
In this lucrative car park for Mevagissey are flying two flags. One, seen here on the right, is the fairly well-known flag of Cornwall (also known as St Piran's banner). The other, seen here on the left, is the Flag of the Celtic Nations, which is an unofficial flag used to assert and/promote a common Celtic nationhood and identity across Europe's Celtic fringe. This flag is a collage of the flags of Cornwall, Wales, Scotland, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland and Brittany.
