NO3561 : Hillside on Long Goat with an RAF Tornado

taken 10 years ago, near to Easter Lednathie, Angus, Great Britain

Hillside on Long Goat with an RAF Tornado
Hillside on Long Goat with an RAF Tornado
The hillside itself is mainly heather along the sides of the track; these trees are very uncharacteristic. An RAF Tornado is visible centre right. They use the glens for low-level flight training due to a combination of terrain and low population density. It is sometimes possible to get a view down onto the aircraft at relatively close quarters.
