Sargill Smelt Mill Flue & Chimney
Sargill Smelt Mill Flue & Chimney
The flue which looks to have been a box section, with a stone flagged top, is being utilised by the local game keeper to catch vermin and predators that might threaten the grouse stocks. The chimney was a simple 6'6" square tube built of rough stones, it is not known how tall it was.
