All Saints Church, Terrington - Stained Glass Window
The south window is an example of 20th century 'Arts and Crafts' glass painting by Morris & Co., following a design by Edward Burnes-Jones. In it the stem of the Cross has burst into leaf and growth, symbolising the life-giving effect of Christ's death which also overcomes Satan, seen as a serpent at the foot of the Cross.
