Pillar Bank and Cardross
Pillar Bank and Cardross
Pillar Bank is a large sandbank in the Firth of Clyde between Port Glasgow and Cardross. Probably named after the line of pillars there (two of which can be seen in the photo) which marked the limit of the Clyde Navigation Trust domain.

Viewed from Ardmore Road.
