Footpath in Binny's Wood through hosts of horsetails
Footpath in Binny's Wood through hosts of horsetails
This wood (or at least its lower boggy parts) is crammed full of Equisetum arvense (horsetail, bottle brush, snake grass, Lego weed - take your pick!) An ancient primitive plant, it is segmented so that sections pull apart like Lego!
