SO7263 : Old buildings near the bottom of the Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb, Shelsley Walsh SO7263 : Timber framed house at Shelsey Walsh, Worcestershire These buildings are known as "The Old Rectory" and are Grade II listed - see
https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1082645 for the full details. Both buildings date from the 17th Century with various additions since. The right-hand building is a former barn and now contains a two-storey cottage and a garage.
The main house at the time of listing in 1984 is described as having "a fibre-glass roof over cork tiles" which seems rather unusual!
