SD6150 : Holdron Castle

taken 10 years ago, near to Sykes, Lancashire, Great Britain

Holdron Castle
Holdron Castle
Marked as such on the map in this area . No clues as to what Holdron Castle may be however. There is a small vegetated crag and what may be a disused quarry. The well engineered track splits from the valley track and climbs up here then goes back down to meet the lower track near Langden castle which is a Bothy.
