Sluices, Pagham Rife
Sluices, Pagham Rife
One of a number of rifes or waterways that enter into Pagham Harbour inlet. It was believed that the River Lavant once flowed into the harbour too but was diverted by the Romans. The old quays of Pagham's harbour would have been located here too.
