Start of Ribblehead viaduct
Start of Ribblehead viaduct
Until the rebuilding of the viaduct, this was double track. Now the line is single track over the viaduct from Ribblehead station as far as Blea Moor signal box. Where the men are stood is the start of the viaduct. [Please note: Access to the railway was made available through an officially organised event. It is dangerous and a criminal offence to walk along the railway]
