St Mary, Tretire
St Mary, Tretire
This remote but beautifully situated little church was rebuilt by T.H. Wyatt in 1855-6, replacing a Norman building. It is unaltered, except for the fine organ, imported from Welsh Bicknor in 2004 and recently restored and rededicated. The churchyard has a fine cross/war memorial and some notable table tombs.
