Looking south-east over the Severn valley with the disused stone quarry just below. The large area of flooding is the Longdon Marsh (see SO8236). Tewkesbury, one of the worst-hit towns in the July 2007 floods, is out of sight behind the hill beyond the marsh. Gloucester-Cheltenham to the extreme right is also under water.
