SK0888 : Kinder Downfall after rain

5 km from Little Hayfield, Derbyshire, Great Britain

Kinder Downfall after rain
Kinder Downfall after rain
Looking east. Although a trickle for much of the year, Kinder Downfall is impressive in spate. In a strong west wind the waters are blown upwards and backwards; the day of this photograph the wind was a bit too northerly for a classic Downfall performance, but you get the idea.
