SO8540 : Hanley Road Under Flood Water

Hanley Road Under Flood Water
Hanley Road Under Flood Water
This road often floods in winter causing all Malvern bound traffic to negotiate the narrow streets of Upton town centre. I have never seen it flood so far up the town before and this photo was taken a day or two after the peak. The lights are still working - every now and again the lights switch to red and the beeps inform the ducks that it is now safe to cross.
