TA2329 : Gated bridleway, near Burstwick

taken 8 years ago, near to Burstwick, East Riding of Yorkshire, England

Gated bridleway, near Burstwick
Gated bridleway, near Burstwick
Two sets of gates across the public bridleway along the side of Burstwick Drain at Thack Carr. The gates effectively marked the end of the public path, as they were both securely tied shut with twine, and the field along which the bridleway continued contained a herd of young cattle. These may have been less excitable than the bullocks in a nearby field, but I wasn't prepared to find out.
