Pont Llogel, Ann Griffiths Walk
Pont Llogel, Ann Griffiths Walk
Starting point for the Ann Griffiths Walk. Ann Griffiths (1776-1805) was Wales' foremost female hymn writer, her hymns are sung in chapels throughout Wales to this day. The bronze lectern in the centre is a waymarker, erected to commemorate 200 years since her death. There are others along the path. The walk runs for 7 miles, from Pont Llogel, through Dolanog to Pont Robert.
